Located one street back from beautiful Palm Beach and easy walking distance to cafes/shops etc. With a bus stop just along Parkin Street you have easy access to Shoalwater Shops, Rockingham Central, the kite beach or the bus/train station.

House has 4 upstairs bedrooms - 1 x double room, 1 x double or twin share with private lounge and 1 x twin room which share a bathroom plus 1 x quad room with ensuite.

Downstairs is a tv area, quiet computer/reading room, fully equipped laundry and kitchen, inside and outside eating areas.

Price starts at $20pp per night (minimum 2 weeks) with a 2 week bond payable also. Includes wireless internet access!
